I HAD A CONTRACT pending, but it FELL THROUGH. How can I RE-ACTIVATE or CANCEL my listing?

Please tell us that the contract fell through and the reason why on our change form. 

You will also need to provide a fully executed "Release and Cancellation of Contract for Sale and Purchase" with "Jack Keller Inc., REALTORS" listed as one of the brokerages.

The release and cancellation is included below for your convenience.

Please remember that if your listing has EXPIRED you will need to re-list the property.
