My FSBO listing (XXXXXX, Nokomis Florida) was removed and replaced with a MLS listing. Why did the MLS listing trump mine. I do have it listed with Jack Keller reality but it is FSBO also. Can my listing be restored with my contact information? Mine was up first.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I apologize for the trouble you are having with your listing on Zillow. When Zillow receives a feed from the MLS indicating a listing is for sale, a FSBO listing will be removed since the MLS is an accurate, up-to-date representation of homes for sale. Listing with a flat fee service puts your listing in the MLS, which is why your FSBO listing was overridden on Zillow.
If you would like to maintain your original FSBO listing and have your phone number display, you will need to contact your flat fee service to stop feeding your listing to Zillow. Once the MLS listing has been removed, you can re-post your FSBO listing directly on Zillow.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions, thank you for using Zillow.
Warmest Regards,
Heather

The response from Zillow is MOSTLY true prior to 2021. You do not need to contact us to turn the Zillow listing back over to you. All you need to do is make the change request directly with Zillow. (Their contact info is below)

You have 4 available options to resolve the situation:
Option 1:
Cancel your MLS listing. Click here to Cancel
Option 2:
Do nothing and leave the Zillow and MLS listings as they are.
Option 3:
Request that we turn off the feed from MLS to Zillow. There are many unintended consequences to doing so such as:
- Other public websites your property appears on may also be turned off.
- No one step updates will be made. (When a change is made in MLS it automatically goes out on the feed to update all sites.)
- You can be solicited by REALTORS who view your ad
If you wish to do this anyway you can make the request by filling out our Zillow Group MLS feed cancellation request by clicking here
Option 4:
You can contact Zillow direct and request that they turn the property listing back over to you. They will tell you they cant do that.. BUT THEY CAN! We have had many customers successfully do it. They may need our permission to do it which isn't a problem, just have them email us and we will give them permission or submit your Zillow Group MLS feed cancellation request by clicking here
