Include your MLS# in your advertisements

If you place your property in any classified, on-line or on paper include your MLS#. This will reduce the number of calls you get from REALTORS® soliciting your listing. Placing your MLS# in your ad lets other REALTORS® know that your property is already listed. It will also allow REALTORS to pull up all of the information about your property as well as your contact information quickly.
