Can I put my own photos into the listing?

Sure, you can totally jazz up your listing with your own fabulous photos!

We highly encourage it, or you can even hire a professional photographer to capture your home's best angles. You have two options to share these marvelous shots with us: you can either upload them through our user-friendly website or simply send them to us via email. And guess what? There's no additional charge for either option!

Now, here's the scoop on the number of photos you can showcase in your MLS listing. You have the power to display up to 12 photos, allowing potential buyers to get a real feel for your property. But wait, there's more! For an extra $35, you can include up to 50 photos in your MLS listing. -OR- For just an extra $70, you can go all out and include up to 100 photos in your MLS listing.   That's right, we're giving you the chance to show off every nook and cranny of your place!

Oh, and one little detail – your photos need to be in the ".jpg" file format. So make sure they're dressed to impress before sending them our way. For best quality, MLS recommends you upload a photo of at least 1600 x 1200 pixels. If you're ready to share your stunning images, just click the link provided and follow the prompts.

But hey, we understand that technology isn't always everyone's best friend. If you're having trouble uploading or emailing your photos, don't worry! We've got a solution for you. Simply mail us your standard printed photos, and we'll take care of scanning them in for you. And guess what? The first photo is on the house! But for any additional photos from 2 to a maximum of 12, there's a single fee of $35.

So go ahead and let your photos do the talking – we can't wait to see the beauty you'll bring to your listing!
