Realtor.com® pulls listing information directly from your MLS to be as accurate as possible for their visitors, and does not make changes to any of the information received. The time frame for a change to reflect from your MLS can take from approximately 30 minutes, and up to 1 business day, depending on their agreement with your MLS.
If you find a piece of information on your listing is incorrect, please consider the following:
- Is the information correct in the MLS?
- If not, you need to correct it in MLS ASAP by going to www.Change.JackKeller.com
- If the information was recently changed in the MLS, how long ago was the change made?
- If it has been less than a full business day you will need to wait a little longer. Dont forget that weekends, holidays and other delays can occur.
- Where on the listing is the information incorrect?
- Certain sections of the Listing Details Page display information is not being received from your MLS. In this case, the section will display where the information is being received from.
Note: Any other listing information, such as number of Beds and/or Baths, Square footage, or any other property details cannot be edited via Realtor.com®. These updates must be made in your MLS.
