How can I re-list my EXPIRED listing?

Modified on Thu, Nov 9, 2023 at 11:28 PM

Effective 11/1/2023:

Re-Lists can no longer be honored for properties in FL if the original list date was prior to 11/1/2023. This is due to the sweeping changes the MLS implemented the beginning of November which added new fields and choices, deleted some old fields and choices, moved data, and renamed data in the system.

If you wish to get your property back on MLS you will need to start from scratch by filling out our most up to date forms.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, we are all affected by the massive changes that the MLS system has introduced.

Click here to submit the information electronically so we can make the appropriate change in the MLS.

Option 2: Please fill out our RE-LIST Request form, give us a new expiration date and send a check for $75 or pay online here. If your property has been listed over a calendar year please contact us to see if you still qualify to re-list your property for a reduced fee. The original listing is used unless the property has been off the market for at least 30 calendar days
