Choose a closing company

In most areas the seller typically pays for the title insurance policy issued to the buyer, therefore YOU should choose the title company, not the buyer or buyer’s real estate agent.  (There are a few exceptions: Buyers choose the title company in the following counties: Sarasota, Collier, Miami-Dade and Broward Counties unless you negotiate the contract differently).  Our preferred title agency, Frontier Title Group will provide you with a no obligation title insurance quote which will include a flat fee for your closing and the title search, and the lowest possible rates for the title policy.
