Simple answer: you pay your flat fee upfront, and that's it.
Your flat fee covers placing your property on the MLS and syndicating it to Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Homes.com, and thousands of other sites. The total fee depends on the package you choose and your county. You pay this when you list.
At closing: If your buyer has no real estate agent, you owe us nothing at closing. If the buyer is represented by an agent, a small transaction fee is deducted from that agent's commission — not from your proceeds.
There are no hidden fees, no back-end commissions charged to you, and no surprises on closing day.
