What kind of properties do you list in MLS?

Modified on Thu, Sep 4 at 9:37 PM

The MLS generally accommodates a wide range of property types, including:

- Residential Homes

- Residential Condos

- Income Properties (such as Duplexes, Triplexes, and Quadplexes)

- Residential Rentals

- Commercial Rentals

- Commercial Properties

- Vacant Land

- Boat Docks

- Businesses

If your specific property type isn’t listed, feel free to inquire for clarification.

Please note, mobile homes must include ownership of the land they occupy to be eligible to list in the MLS. Co-ops and condominium ownership structures are acceptable. To determine eligibility, ensure your property has a tax ID that can be verified at www.Tax.JackKeller.com . If you pay "lot rent" and do not own the land, the mobile home cannot be listed in the MLS. In Florida, mobile homes are classified as motor vehicles, requiring an automobile dealer's license for sale, which conflicts with MLS regulations.
