How long will my property stay in the MLS?

As long as you wish.

State law and MLS rules have this quirky little requirement that every listing must have a beginning date and an end, or what we like to call the "Expiration Date". But don't worry, we're not here to limit your creativity! You get to choose the magical "Expiration Date" for your listing. It can be a day, a month, a year, five years, or even longer. We're all about giving you the freedom to decide!

Now, here's the best part. If, for some reason, you haven't managed to sell your property by the time the "Expiration Date" is looming, fear not! We've got your back. You can extend that "Expiration Date" for absolutely nothing! That's right, it won't cost you a penny to give your listing a little extra time to find its perfect match.  Just don't forget to do it, or you'll be kicking yourself!

So go ahead and set that "Expiration Date" with confidence, knowing that you have the power to extend it if needed. After all, selling a property is a journey, and sometimes it takes a little longer than expected. But hey, no worries!  We're here to support you every step of the way.
