Depending on the terms of your sale, we may be required to sign one or more of the following documents as your listing broker:
- Lead Based Paint Disclosure
- VA/FHA Addendum
- Compensation Agreement
- ( In addition and for your convenience a copy of the proper Compensation Agreement is attached hereto )
This is normal and there is no fee for this service.
How to send documents to us for signature
All documents requiring our signature must be sent digitally for e-signature via one of the following platforms:
- DocuSign
- Form Simplicity / Sabal Sign
- Authentisign / Transaction Desk
- DotLoop
- Adobe Acrobat Sign
- SkySlope
- zipForm
- PandaDoc
- SignNow
- Lone Wolf Transactions

We are unable to accept documents sent by any other method — including fax, mail, or in-person delivery.
For closing agents and buyer's agents:
- All other dates are required to be obtained prior to our signing
- All other signatures are required to be obtained prior to our signing
- All other initials are required to be obtained prior to our signing
- Documents must be complete.
- Documents must be filled out properly.
- Initiate the e-signature request through one of the platforms listed above.
- Make the subject line the address.
- Send it to listings.jackkeller@outlook.com .
- We will sign and return promptly. (When properly sent via one of these methods)
- A copy of the proper Compensation Agreement is attached hereto
